Building Tomorrow's System Engineers

We've spent seven years perfecting how people learn complex system configuration. What started as a small training workshop in Yunlin County has grown into Taiwan's most trusted source for advanced technical education.

Our Beginning

Back in 2018, I was troubleshooting network configurations for local businesses when I noticed the same problem everywhere. Smart people were struggling with system setups not because they lacked ability, but because traditional training methods weren't working.

Most courses threw theory at students without showing them how things actually break in real environments. So we started small - just me and a colleague running weekend workshops where people could mess up configurations safely and learn from those mistakes.

That hands-on approach changed everything. Students weren't just memorizing commands anymore. They were understanding why systems behave the way they do.

What Drives Our Work

These principles shape every course we design and every student interaction we have

Real Problems First

We start with actual system failures you'll encounter in production environments. Theory follows naturally when you're trying to solve something that matters.

Safe Experimentation

Learning happens when you can break things without consequences. Our lab environments let you push systems to their limits and see what happens.

Individual Progress

Everyone learns differently and at their own pace. We adapt our teaching methods to match how your brain processes technical information.

Led by Industry Practitioners

Bjorn Eriksson heads our technical curriculum development. He spent twelve years managing enterprise systems for manufacturing companies before joining our education team. His approach focuses on the gap between textbook knowledge and real-world problem solving.

Our instructors work part-time in active system administration roles. This means the challenges they teach you to solve are the same ones they're handling for their clients right now. That connection between classroom and reality makes all the difference.

We believe the best technical education comes from people who are still actively working in the field. Book knowledge has its place, but understanding how systems actually behave under pressure - that comes from experience.

Looking Ahead

System configuration will only get more complex as businesses adopt hybrid cloud environments and edge computing. Our job is preparing you for challenges that don't have Stack Overflow answers yet.

We're launching advanced programs in containerization and infrastructure automation starting fall 2025. These aren't just trending topics - they're becoming essential skills for anyone serious about system administration.
